Denison Ridge wants your day to be “out of the ordinary”! Our staff will be here to help keep things running smoothly and efficiantly as possible. The event fee gives you the facility from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.(unless otherwise specified). That gives you plenty of time to get everything in place and also time for clean up at the end of your event.

A non-refundable booking deposit of $500.00 ($3,000.00 for ”Top at the Ridge”) is required at the time your event is scheduled. The deposit is non-refundable. Even if you decide to cancel your event for any reason.
A $400.00 damage, clean-up, and overtime deposit is required with final payment. It will be held and returned within 7 days of the event if the terms of the agreement are met. You are responsible for any excessive cleaning or damage resulting from the event to the action of your members and guests.
Event liability insurance:
Denison Ridge requires that an event liability insurance policy naming the property owner, Denison Ridge as an additional insured on such policy. The policy shall be in the amount of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, and must be provide to Denison Ridge 10 days before the scheduled event. This insurance may be obtained through WedSafe or by an insurance agency of your choice.
Denison Ridge is a Beer/Wine only facility:
You must provide a banquet permit if alcohol is served. Due to safety concerns, alcohol may not be served past 9:30 pm. We strongly encourage your guests to have designated drivers.
