  • Booking Fee:  A non-refundable booking fee of $500 is required at the time your event is scheduled. The booking fee is non-refundable even if you decide to cancel your event for any reason.
  • Damage Deposit:  $400.00 damage, clean-up, and overtime deposit is required with your final payment. It will be held and returned within 7 days of the event if the terms of the agreement are met. You are responsible for any excessive cleaning or damage resulting from the event to the action of your members and or guests.
  • Cancellation Policy:  I understand that I am liable for any and all fees incurred for the event. I also understand that no refund of fees or payments will be given after the final payment due date. For event insurance reasons, cancellations require signature of the cancellation agreement.
  • Maximum Occupancy:  Denison Ridge LLC has been approved to a maximum occupancy of 125 persons, to include children, attendees, participants, and food service personnel.
  • Compliance:  All persons associated with the event must comply with the policies outlined in these policies and procedures guide and county and state ordinances. Denison Ridge LLC has the final say in disputes that arise from applications and interpretations of these policies. You are responsible financially for the actions of all your guest and wedding party. We reserve the right to have people removed for misconduct. No pets, service dogs leashed.
  • House:  Our daylight basement is available for the wedding package and is allocated for the bridal party only. The basement bathroom is also only for the bridal party, showers not included. Guests are not allowed to go in and out of the house without permission from Denison Ridge LLC staff.
  • Children:  We love children! However we ask that all children be in the company of an adult at all times for safety reasons. We do not want anyone getting hurt. Also please stay out of the flower beds, cabin area (for photographers only) and off rock walls. Many people use our facility and we want to be sure it’s kept nice for everyone.
  • Smoking:  We are a non-smoking facility. However, smoking is permitted in the designated smoking area.  We respect your right to smoke we just ask that you help us keep our facility and grounds nice for our guests and for our future events.
  • Alcoholic Beverages:  Denison Ridge LLC is a beer and wine facility only. A Washington State Liquor Control Board Banquet Permit is required for all events. Banquet Permits are available online at http://liq.wa.gov/licensing/banquet-permits. A copy of the Banquet Permit must be provided 30 days before the event. There is a two keg (or equivalent) limit. Bartender required –  with MAST Permit. See vendors page for approved Bartenders. No Alcoholic beverages served after 9:30 p.m.
  • Music and the Noise:  In accordance with your agreement with Denison Ridge LLC, no music is allowed after 9:30 p.m. Sound must also be kept at a reasonable level during all events, sound check before each event. Denison Ridge LLC will decide what is a reasonable level. We want to be courteous of our neighbors.
  • Travel on area roadways:  We ask that all guests observe the speed limits on local roads. Both Furze and Mason roads are gravel roads. In an effort to keep dust to a minimum, we require all guests observe posted speed limits on local roads.
  • Parking:  Parking attendants will be provided to guide guests to the designated parking area.
  • Decorations:  Decorations must be approved by Denison Ridge LLC. Nails, thumbtacks, staples, duct tape, scotch tape, and masking tape should not be used. String and ribbon work best. No confetti, rice, silly string, birdseed and such are allowed. Bubbles and real rose petals are fine. No sky lanterns. Flameless candles No croquet (no rods in lawn). No safety pins.
  • Personal Property:  Denison Ridge LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen property. Anything damaged or stolen property will be the sole responsibility of the person or persons renting the Denison Ridge LLC facility.
  • Food and Beverages:  A licensed caterer is required. You are responsible for bottled water and other beverages served. All activities related to food preparation, presentation, serving, clean-up, must be performed by you or your caterer.  We have a refrigerator and chest freezer available for use. No commercial kitchen, no oven.
  • Insurance:  Denison Ridge LLC requires users of the facility to purchase an event liability insurance policy naming Denison Ridge LLC, 4702 Furze RD., Clayton WA. 99110 as an additional insured. The policy shall be in the amount of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence and must be provided to Denison Ridge 30 days in advance of the scheduled event date. This insurance may be obtained through WedSafe.com or by an insurance agency of your choice.
  • Rehearsal for Wedding Package:  You may schedule a 2-hr. time to have rehearsal, no rehearsal dinner. This must be scheduled when there are no other events scheduled, usually on a Thursday or Friday. Please be prompt and on time, there may be other wedding party rehearsals to be considered and overtime rates will apply.
  • Clean Up:  Anything and everything that belongs to you must be taken at the end of your event. All disposables must be in the garbage containers provided.
  • Acts of God:  Denison Ridge LLC will not be held responsible for acts of God, including resulting damage to persons or property, and which may result in event cancellation. Denison Ridge LLC will not be held responsible for problems due to mechanical failure of equipment or features on the property. We will not be responsible for power outages beyond our control. Sometimes there are unforeseen problems that might not be resolved in time for your event. However we will do everything within reason to correct issues as they arise.
  • Photos:  Denison Ridge reserves the right to take and use photos of your event for promotional purposes.
